- All bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed and you receive a confirmation number.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms

7. Limitation of Liability
FlyDirect is not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
- Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage
- Denied boarding due to overbooking by airlines
- Travel disruptions due to weather, strikes, or other force majeure events
- Consequential damages beyond the ticket price
